NOTES:
Strawberry | White pepper | Tobacco stalk

Ruby-rimmed, garnet mainly & crisply eye-balled to the point of hi-def sharp. The anchorman's clogged pores "Is this necessary?" I ask the TV. Brisk. Noses briskly-so as well.  Fruity: cranberries. Earthen spices, thinly & lively... athletically. Stiff & nimble all at once & carrying over to the sip. Dry, very. Tart, almost.

Lives where pepper confuses w/ citrus. Refreshing to almost effervescent. Lip-smacking. Superbly structured. A near raucous oakiness.White pepper. Big strawberry. Tobacco stalk. Thems the primaries, loud, clear, & nigh puckering. Bouquet all heads to undertones. Airy not vacant. A-i-r-y not A i r y. Clean drop off the table finish.

Undertones: Asian spices, & mainly earth. Bright & bold. Sits into mellowing-some, nicely. Quite drinkable, glug glug glug. Opens into notes of patent leather, raspberry, grapefruit rind. Smooths. Imperfectly balanced. Jam Band complexities & meanderings w/ no small bit of improvisation. Fun stuff. I somehow feel Colorado.
