NOTES:
Plums | Cranberries | Pepper-spice

Frisky, celebratory, & gregarious. Not me, the Zin. Noses to spurts of purple fun a la a Victorian Era parlour game. Dew-dampened low-hanging berries & plums. Whimsical. Elegant. Primaries carry along the nose & add a peppery tobacco stalk on the back-end. Up-front is oak, hibiscus, a bit of spice on the corners of a someone's tongue. My, I forgot my eyeballs -- purple, sharp, & dense.

Undertones of cranberries & red spices feel a bit like an autumn pile of leaves. Cinnamon, hint of clove. Well-structured & balanced. Complex & evolvingly-so. Notes bloom & deepen, slowly. Becomes more serious, focused. A medieval feast now. Earthen bits of composted soil under those leaves. Nuanced af, succinctly. Savory as it opens, in a vegetal then fungal manner. Serve w/ a Greek Pizza, a bit later in the evening than usual.
